My name is Paul Horne. I am an independent businessman. And I work for my customers. I started my own company in 1988 and  although I have changed it's name a little bit over time, it is still the same company. Now it is incorporated, HorneCo, Inc., but it still does business as ("d/b/a") the Personal Computer Doctor. And yes I do! "I make House Calls!"

My company plans, coordinates,  wires, installs, sets-up and manages Local Area
Networks (or "LAN's") for small to medium not have and do not wish to have or hire their own Information Systems ("I.S.") Management and Staff.

"I.S." goes by a lot of names including Information Technology ("I.T."), Management Information Systems ("M.I.S.") and Data Processing ("D.P."), but the work is computer hardware and software installation and maintenance just the same. I also do group and individualized training on the PC and PC Software. Also, I develop and maintain Web Sites for small to medium sized businesses. I believe that is where the future growth of the "web" will come from and I want to be there an make a little for my efforts.
